The manufacture of Appenzeller® cheese is strictly regulated and limited to the region of the same name. Milk is delivered by the farmer every day and then immediately turned into fresh cheese. Unlike factory-made products, each wheel of cheese is unique – they are produced by family businesses that still use traditional techniques. It’s really important for us to systematically optimise brand awareness for Appenzeller® online – in particular, we use YouTube tools to target specific groups. Some of our YouTube videos have been viewed over 250,000 times! It’s simple really – the more cheese we sell, the greater the chance that this traditional Swiss craftsmanship will continue to thrive.
