The first snow of the season had just fallen, but what a warm welcome for Grow with Google in Sherbrooke! Over 100 small business owners and skill seekers from all over the Eastern Townships joined us for a bilingual day of workshops and one-on-one sessions with Googlers.
Attendees were given the opportunity to follow and participate in French or in English. What a perfect chance to share Applied Digital Skills material, including videos in French recently recorded in Quebec.
Community partners representing 12 organizations joined us on site to speak about their programs and services, while everyone snacked on favourites from local companies like the Laiterie De Coaticook and the Verger Le Gros Pierre. Thank you for the inspiring day!
