Baker Samuel used customer reviews to help strengthen his business
When Samuel had to temporarily close his bakery during lockdown, he updated his ‘Google My Business’ listing so people could see on Google Maps and Search that he was now selling online. Since then he’s been busy delivering to existing and brand new customers.
Google My Business has been extremely helpful in bridging the gap between our business and consumers by keeping customers informed of our current practices, products and services. Through Google My Business we have been able to showcase our business’ adaptations during the pandemic. For example, we have provided customers with our store location, updated opening times.
