Helping women grow their professional, creative and meaningful projects across France

Anne-Cécile has always been a creative person, spending time to handcraft bracelets made of miyuki pearls. When she walked through the doors of Atelier Numérique of Rennes, she was in a period of unemployment and realised that she could sell her creations online. Thanks to the training she received, she learnt how to create an online shop and promote her products on social networks. Talking about her experience, Anne-Cécile said, "At 52, I felt a little overwhelmed and I needed a framework. It really opened the world to me again." This side project boosted her self-confidence and put her back on track to secure a job in marketing a few months later.

Karine has one passion in her life: meeting with indigenous people to share their way of life to the modern world and learn from their customs. She knew that she needed to gather an online community to fund her next exploration to Asia but needed guidance on how to bring it to life. At the Atelier Numérique of Montpellier, she attended one-to-one training for several weeks to set-up her crowdfunding campaign to collect €20,000 and gather more than a hundred contributors around the project.

Océane is a hardworking young woman. She knew that she wanted to work in digital marketing when she left university, but felt that she didn’t have the hard skills to get the job of her dreams. She followed every training on digital marketing at the Atelier Numérique of Nancy for several months, and took private sessions with coaches to further her knowledge. Océane said, "It soon became my second home, and it allowed me to understand how to make better use of the available tools.” During a conference at the Atelier, she met with a recruiter and managed to secure a job as a Web Marketing Manager for a promising agency in Nancy. She now returns to the Atelier Numérique of Nancy to give training and share her insights as a digital marketing expert.
