Using GMB to support small businesses through challenging times
As a family, we have over 25 years of experience in the food industry. We have won various awards in the past and with the encouragement and support of our customers, we have got to where we are today.
Our business means everything to us. It’s a way for us to show our talent and expertise, creating great and healthy products for competitive prices.
GMB is essential for interacting with customers through reviews and for signposting our contact details and social media pages. 20% of our sales now come via direct email enquiries. We have used many features over the pandemic including: putting up general messages for our customers to inform them about news and special offers, COVID updates (i.e. delivery and collection only) and changing our business hours.
As a result of GMB, more customers are finding our business. Also, we can keep in touch with them and display photos of our products through photos on GMB. Our customers used GMB to find us at our new store and see when we are open. Our reviews have also been a real help in attracting new business.
As a result of using GMB, Neti’s Cakes sales are up 25%.
